F.1A built at Salmesbury

XM169 c/n 95056. Built 16/8/60. A&AEE,  Binbrook TFF, 23 Sqd TFF, Last flight 1974, Leuchars Decoy,  1966. Sold as scrap 1989, nose section to Highland Aviation Museum, Inverness 2004.

XM170 c/n 95058. XM170 was put into quarantine for many years, before being removed to RAF 9 SoTT Newton on 18/3/1965 for use as Ground Instructional Airframe 7877M. To fire dump at RAF Swinderby in December 1966, finally scrapped 1977.

XM171 Built 20/9/60. A&AEE,  56 Sqn,  171/226 OCU, scrapped 1974

XM172 c/n 95059. Built 10/10/60. 56 Sqd, 172/226 OCU. Gate Guardian Coiltishall, Parkhouse Aviation Farnborough project. 2006 to Lakes Lightnings at Spark Bridge.

XM173 31/12/1973 to Binbrook 28/05/1974 for decoy duties as 8414M, then to Bentley Priory during 1981 for display, sold during 2007 to MSS Holdings Ltd and transported by road on 26/01/2008 to Newton with Scales, Lancashire, then to Dodington, South Gloucestershire 08/2012, currently at Dyson HQ Malmesbury 11/02/2013

XM174 c/n 95055. Leuchars Target Facilities Flight. Crashed into Ballmullo Quarry near Leuchars, Fife. The pilot  ejected due to a fire warning soon after take off from RAF Leuchars

XM175 c/n 95062. Built 23/11/60.  56 Sqn,  withdrawn from active use 1965, used as a static test rig at Warton, scrapped 1974

XM176 c/n 95063. Built 15/11/60. 56 Squadron, withdrawn from active use 1965, scrapped 1974

XM177 c/n 95064. built 20/12/60. 56 Squadron, 177/226 OCU, Leuchars TFF, Wattisham TFF,  23 Squadron, scrapped 8/1974

XM178 c/n 95065. Built 30/12/60. 56 Sqd, 178/226 OCU, Leuchars TFF, 23 Sqd, Leuchars as decoy.

XM179 c/n 95066. Built 4/1/61. 56 Sqd, destroyed in mid-air collision.

XM180 c/n 95067. Built 4/1/61. 56 Sqd, 180/226 OCU, to Gütersloh decoy

XM181 c/n 95068. built 25/1/61. 56 Sqd, 111 Sqd, 5 Sqd, Binbrook TFF, Binbrook decoy camouflage

XM182 c/n 95069. Built 6/2/61. 56 Sqd, 182/226 OCU, Binbrook TFF, 23 Sqd TFF, to Gütersloh decoy camouflaged

XM183 c/n 95070. Built 9/2/61. 56 Sqd, 183/226 OCU, 5 Sqd TFF, 183 Binbrook TFF, to Binbrook as decoy

XM184 c/n 95082. Built 27/2/61. 111 Sqn, crashed on landing Coltishall 1967, written off and stripped for spares, then to fire dump.

XM185 c/n 95083.  111 Squadron, crashed after main undercarriage and air brakes failed,  due to hydraulic failure on approach to RAF Wattisham. Written off.

XM186 c/n 95084. 111  Sqn RAF Wittering. Written off (damaged beyond repair), Spun into the ground after a high speed stall just after taking off from RAF Wittering to give an aerobatic display, pilot killed.

XM187 c/n 95085. 111 Sqn RAF Wattisham, written off 19/11/1963 when it landed heavily at Wattisham, Suffolk. Struck off charge 4/1/1964 as Cat.5(G/I) and allocated to 9 SoTT RAF Newton,  28/2/1964.  to RAF Coningsby for fire-fighting/crash rescue training in 1978, scrapped 1981.

XM188 c/n 95086. Built 27/3/61. 111 Sqd, 188/266 OCU, written-off after ran off runway and struck a hangar in 1968.

XM189 c/n 95087. Built 27/3/61. 111 Sqd, 189/266 OCU, Gütersloh decoy

XM190 c/n 95088. Built 1/5/61.  111 Sqn, 190/266 OCU, Crashed North Sea

XM191 c/n 95089 written off 09/06/1964 following an engine fire on landing at Wattisham, Suffolk, transported to No.71 MU Abingdon for ground instructional use , reduced to nose section for the RAF Exhibition Flt, Abingdon  then based at Bottesford, sold 2006 to North Scarle, Lincolnshire, to Thorpe Wood, Selby, N Yorks by Oct 2013

XM192 c/n 95090. Built 25/5/61. 111 Sqd, 192/266 OCU, Binbrook TFF, Wattisham TFF, Wattisham Gate Guard, Bomber County Aviation Museum, Hemswell

XM213 c/n 95091. Built 3/6/61. 111 Sqn, 213/226 OCU. Written off 6/5/66 after abortive take off and crash at RAF Coltishall

XM214 c/n 95092. 29/06/1961, 5/06/1974 delivered to Gutersloh, Germany for decoy duties as 8420M, scrapped during 11/1977

XM215 c/n 95093. Built 25/5/61. 111 Sqd, 469/266 OCU (145 Sqd), 215/226 OCU (65 Sqd), Gütersloh as decoy.
